Statement of Ethics.
Partners stake their customers' sites on Kantrix, and customers trust us with the way they run their IT. We keep that trust by acting with integrity in everything we do, with customers, partners, suppliers, job applicants, our own people and the public.
What we commit to
- Honesty. We describe Kantrix, its security and its certifications as they are today, not as we plan them to be. Where something is in progress, such as our SOC 2 Type 2 examination, we say so.
- Fairness to partners. We never take a partner's registered deal direct. When we introduce a customer to a partner, we choose on fit for that customer, and only with the customer's consent.
- Respect for data. We use the information customers and partners trust us with only for the purposes we have told them about. We describe those purposes in our Privacy Policy.
- No bribery or corruption. We don't offer, pay, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper gifts, from anyone or to anyone, including government officials.
- Conflicts of interest. Our people disclose any personal interest that could affect a decision they make for Kantrix, and step back from that decision.
- Compliance. We follow the laws that apply to us, including export control, sanctions, competition, privacy and employment laws.
- Responsible AI. Our Privacy Policy names each feature that uses an AI model, and the provider that runs it. An AI feature in Kantrix may suggest a change to your infrastructure, but a person must approve it before it runs.
- A respectful workplace. We hire and treat people fairly, and we don't tolerate harassment or discrimination.
Raising a concern
If you believe someone at Kantrix, or acting for Kantrix, has acted unethically, illegally or against this statement, email ethics@kantrix.io. Anyone can raise a concern: customers, partners, suppliers, job applicants, employees and members of the public.
Tell us what happened, who was involved and when, as far as you know. You may raise a concern without giving your name. We may not be able to follow up with you, though, if we can't contact you.
What happens next
- We investigate every report promptly and confidentially. We share details only with the people who need them to investigate or put things right.
- Every report goes to the Chief Executive Officer and, where needed, to the Board of Directors. If a report concerns the Chief Executive Officer, it goes to the Board of Directors instead.
- Where it is appropriate, we tell the person who reported the concern what we found and what we did about it.
No retaliation
No one at Kantrix may discipline, punish or retaliate against anyone for raising a concern in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be unfounded. Retaliation is itself a breach of this statement, and we treat it as seriously as the conduct that was reported.
